A friendly note from our office:

If you have had exposure to COVID-19, please call us at (469) 330-0800 prior to your appointment.

In order to protect our vulnerable patients, all visitors to the office must still wear a mask.

COVID-19 Vaccine:

We strongly encourage all of our patients to complete vaccination to COVID-19.

Office Protocols and Safety Measures:

As always, our first priority is the health and safety of our patients. We are open with our usual hours, and we will continue to follow additional safety measures:

  1. All patients with symptoms of respiratory infection: please call before coming to the office.

  2. All staff and visitors will continue to wear a mask in the common areas of the office. Fully vaccinated patients may remove their masks once they are in an exam room.

  3. Anyone with current COVID-19 infection/known exposure, continue to follow the quarantine guidelines.

  4. Maintain distance to other people as much as possible.

  5. Patients needing injections (Xolair, Dupixent, Nucala, Fasenra, or allergen immunotherapy) are encouraged to allow the usual interval between injections appropriate for them.

  6. We can utilize our exam rooms as individual waiting areas for patients with asthma, over the age of 60, with another underlying health condition, or any patient who prefers it. It may be necessary to call ahead so that we can ensure that a room is available for this purpose.

  7. We offer telemedicine visits for appropriate cases. You may call us at (469) 330-0800 to schedule either an in-person visit or a telemedicine visit through our HIPPA compliant platform. Many conditions are appropriate for telemedicine visits, including initial consultation for allergic rhinitis, evaluation of rashes, follow up visits, etc.

  8. We continue regular cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces in our office. As always, tissues and hand sanitizer are available and we encourage you to use them.
